The advantage of this house is undoubtedly the flexible space. Depending on the number of residents, it can easily be adapted to the size of one or several families, but also a group of friends.It is designed to accommodate up to 8 people. To guarantee the safety of your vehicle(s) (or possibly: boat, jet ski, windsurf or paddleboard, ...) there is a privat parking in front of the entranc and you can also use if needed a double garage, easily accessible from the ground floor of the villa.

With its 220 m2 interior, tastefully renovated this year, you will be welcomed with all the comfort and equipment necessary to make your stay enjoyable. A hot/cold air conditioning system ensures serene and pleasant living all year round. 2 spacious rooms have a double bed and 1 room has 2 bunk beds for the younger guests. Bed linen is included.2 bathrooms (one of which (Italian shower) is attached to the master bedroom) each has a toilet. Bath towels are also provided and thanks to the washer and dryer you can even afford to travel lighter. From the fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living room you have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool (which is pleasant to stay from April to October), overlooking the sea and the mountains.

It is recommended to have a car

Less than 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport, in the heart of the Costa Tropical, you will enjoy a particularly temperate climate during your stay. Never too hot in the summer, never too cold in the winter. A longer stay, of minimum 1 month - maximum 6 months between October and March, is possible for an attractive price.
